  Missing Assets

  Sometimes it can be hard to know if assets are lost, missing, or even stolen in large fleets. It’s impossible to report an asset for insurance recovery if you can’t prove the asset is missing. The JobHog app allows staff to compare inventory reports to identify discrepancies. Fleet movement reports locate the last known place the asset was scanned with GPS coordinates.

  Reporting

  Mobile employees can monitor odometer readings, miles and time traveled. Supporting images of readings with GPS location are also available when using JobHog. The Trip Reporting feature manages fuel, toll, hotel, and meal receipts. Email and text notifications provide real time feedback on current trip location and expense.

  Feature

  The JobHog Quick Scan Feature allows people who do limited or temporary scanning the ability to scan without the need for a user account, streamlining the process into a few steps. Examples include new or temporary employees, drivers or customers wanting to return or take inventory of your assets onsite. Just have them download the JobHog app and give them a user code to start scanning.

Extend your reach with a Proximity Marketing Channel!

NFC Tags and/or QR Codes are a powerful proximity marketing channel. Current or potential customers can tap or scan your sitting, leased, or rented Fleet Assets wherever they are located. JobHog uses smart technology to embed code that can be accessed by more than 3 billion devices that will guide the customer to desired locations on the internet such as your website, marketing specials, products, and more. NFC Tag and QR Code redirects are completely customizable for individual fleet assets or for your company. Our tags are inexpensive, encrypted and secured.

We use private, in-house API’s that use an encryption key to encode communication between the JobHog App and the data server. There are encryption keys at the application level for company identification and user access. We limit the storage of data to only the necessary information to successfully manage your fleet and keep no private data, such as social security numbers, bank accounts, or credit card information. We use the trusted SSL Certificate from Comodo SSL.
